Our 2013 vintage has an inviting acidity with a great depth of earthiness, a coveted characteristic for a decade old wine. While decanting is not something that our Winemaker, Gustavo, usually promotes in regards to this wine it is recommended to help enhance the experience of flavor notes separation…or otherwise try to be patient when consuming this wine. This is a Pinot Noir for people who really love a Pinot out of Burgundy. More bold, concentrated a Pinot, rich in earthy, mineral characteristic. This is a drink now - why it is perfect for the Fall installment.
